  My first visit to this dentist was because I was having problems with my jaw. It was to be an exam, cleaning and information on TMJ. The technician who clean my teeth was first rate. After the cleaning and survey of gums, she cwent into the room with the dentist to talk about my jaw. She reported to me his suggestions of what I would need to have done.
  
  Not once while I was there or after the report on the TMJ work did he take the time to come into the room where I was seated and introduce himself, give me a chance to ask questions about the procedure or just to meet me as a new client. I found that unacceptable and offensive. It is important to me to meet the person who is going to do work on any part of my body.
